Ok... to start off, this is not sanctiontioned, and is not accepted by my current alliance. I've mearly had some thoughts, and wanted opinions...

I'm thinking about wheather a retal policy that allows 1 of anything except a missle as a retal would be worth considering at least.

so, they could run 1 harmfull spy op, 1 GS, 1 BR, 1 AB, 1 SS, 1 PS, or 0 missles.. ^_^

The reasoning...

1) One special attack or spy op isn't going to hurt you, with the exception of an AB or BR which stings a little bit. But if you don't have turrets or tanks, you're playing stupid... ^_^

2) The small guys will have a chance to get 'revenge' that 300k food they GS offa you won't hurt your big ccountry much, but their small one can be fed for days offa that... and they'll feel they got even.

3) Corrallary (sp?) of #2, fewer suiciders, as the small players feel they have a good chance of getting even when they get hit.

No flames allowed, but feel free to criticize... and if you can't tell the difference betweent eh two, then just stay shut up... :P

I agree with you, Khan, but the tendency of newbies with smaller countries, WHEN they do attack back, do these things in large amounts. Since when does someone AB or do harmful spy ops only once? But otherwise, I, personally, would take any attack as a retal (just got hit with a 1.8k acre retal ;P).

I would love a singel GS :) loosing 4k pop for a little while dosent hurt me much, especialy when I get some land I gain a few thousand pop a turn :)
